At Office Provisions, we stand behind the quality of our premium office supplies and business products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process designed for our professional clients.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be in its original condition (unused, unassembled, with all tags and packaging intact)
  • You must initiate the return within 15 days of receiving your order
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened packages of pens, pencils & markers, or any presentation supplies that have been used.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Submit Your Request: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your return/exchange request using the template below.
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our fulfillment center at:

  5. Processing: Once received, we’ll process your return or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information

Once your return is processed:

  • Timing: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
  • Method: The refund will be processed through the same payment method used for the original purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item via standard shipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged product or a description of the incorrect item. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

International Returns

For our international clients (excluding some Asian and remote areas), please note:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
  • Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
